Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the planning, organisation, staffing, and supervision of all branch operations. Maximise the branchs performance by ensuring that all financial and operational targets are met. Ensure all staff adhere to correct procedures, including tasks and stock management practices. Monitor and manage costs to remain within budget, seeking opportunities for cost reduction. Identify staffing requirements, working within budget constraints, and coordinate recruitment with the Human Resources Department. Perform annual appraisals and provide continuous feedback on staff performance. Coach and motivate the team to meet business demands and set targets. Actively promote the range of services to both existing and potential customers. Cultivate strong relationships with customers to increase retention and foster business growth. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and legislation across all staff. Serve as a role model for safety, promoting a culture of safety throughout the branch.
