Important: the company is offering accommodation in a fully furnished apartment with WiFi included.JOB TITLE: Breakfast ChefREPORT TO: Head Chef and in her absence the Manager onDutyDEPARTMENT: KitchenRESPONSIBILTIES: to report for duty as per your roster and in the correctuniform, paying attention to personal hygiene andtidiness as per the company dress code policyTo become au fais with the list of guests/groups in thehotel from the previous nightTo prepare breakfast as per the attached training sheetTo be competent in predicting time that guests requirebreakfast in order that breakfast is freshly cookedTo be competent in the preparation and production ofthe breakfast to a high standardTo constantly monitor the breakfast buffet and recordtemperatures of the buffet hot holding unitTo prepare as per the lists compiled by the previous night chef passover for lunch dinner or functionsTo have an ability and experience in light pastry duteis to include brown bread scones and some dessert options.To be fully au fais with all aspects of the company'shealth and safety statement and HACCP proceduresTo have the ability to respond properly in any hotelemergency or safety situationOCCASIONAL DUTIES: To carry out any other reasonable requestsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to €***** per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekExperience:cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant kitchen: 2 years (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Work Location: In person
