Responsibilities
Develop and articulate tactical plans and strategy for projects.
Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, and set the pace for project delivery.
Become a trusted advisor to decision makers, providing insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction.
This will enable partnerships allowing Google innovation.
Develop, build, and evolve metrics with reliable supporting datasets to proactively provide visibility into engineering solutions.
Provide quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of technical information from structured and unstructured sources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of program/project management experience.
Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation.
Experience of building cross-platform software development tools and frameworks.
Experience of rolling out new, innovative, enterprise technology and solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and programs.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in stakeholder management.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
