You’ll be at the forefront of delivering key engineering projects across our facility, navigating complex challenges with your exceptional communication and influencing skills.Key Responsibilities: * Lead Engineering Consultants onsite and oversee Vendor Delivery to meet targeted objectives. * Support delivery of full Program Of Works from Concept Design through to Installation. * Overseeing Project Delivery, Budget Management and ensuring all teams are fully Resourced. * Monitor Progress and Performance against Key Metrics. * Resolve Cross-Functional issues to minimize impact on Schedules. * Manage Project Costings, Scope Of Works, Scheduling, and Change Controls. * Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to achieve Project Milestones and Objectives.What you will bring.Proven Engineering expertise and a demonstrable track record of success in Project Delivery - preferably on Large Scale Biologic/ Biopharma related Capital ProjectsProven track record in Managing EPCMV Consultants / Sub-Project Teams from Design stage through to Operational Handover.Possess Exceptional Communication and Influencing Skills and Capabilities.Have 10+ years’ experience GMP Project Design and Build Projects Environment.Hold a Third-Level Qualifications in a Engineering / Technical / Science related discipline.Ideally Hold Project Management Certification.Collaborative, Effective Communicator, and Autonomous Self-Starter.Experienced in Engaging with Cross-Functional Engineering and Construction / Vendor Supplier Teams in Delivery of Key Project Milestones in conjunction with the Project Team.Why Join Us?Make a Difference Be part of a transformative project and journey in a dynamic and innovative major projects environment.
