OverviewContact Ciaran Hall the consultant managing this role.ATG are working with a progressive and growing company based in Ballina, delivering innovative design and construction solutions.Their collaborative team values quality, efficiency, and sustainable practices.They are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to support their expanding project portfolio.Role overviewThe BIM Technician will play a key role in the development, coordination, and delivery of digital models and drawings to support design and construction projects.This position requires a strong understanding of BIM processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM toolsAssist in the preparation of coordinated BIM models for use in design, construction, and facilities managementGenerate accurate and detailed 2D drawings and schedules from modelsCollaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure coordinated design outputPerform clash detection and coordination reviewsMaintain BIM standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflowsSupport site teams with BIM-related deliverables and queriesParticipate in project meetings and provide input on digital delivery strategiesRequirementsDiploma or Degree in BIM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering sectorProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related softwareFamiliarity with ISO ***** standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Strong technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively#J-*****-Ljbffr
