As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Elevate Media team as Campaign Planner.
This role focuses on coordinating and executing marketing campaigns for clients.
This involves managing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are executed on time and to standards.
The role also works closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
What you`ll be doing:
Campaign Execution:
Managing the end-to-end delivery of client-funded campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to channel guidelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Working effectively with internal stakeholders, media partners, and clients to ensure activations go live on time and proof of play is captured.
Performance Monitoring:
Supporting the growth of Elevate`s media business by maximizing revenue and optimizing campaign performance.
Process Optimization:
Identifying and suggesting improvements to campaign management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and media partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and satisfaction.
Creating and maintaining requirement and process documents, ensuring accuracy and currency.
Quality Assurance:
Performing pre- and post-campaign checks to ensure error-free campaigns that comply with guidelines.

Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
Project Management Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Process Improvement Mindset:
Experience in evaluating workflows and suggesting enhancements.
Relationship Management:
Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships.
Attention to Detail:
Diligence in document creation, updates, reviews, and quality checks.
Organizational Skills:
Managing multiple campaigns and maintaining accurate documentation.
Media Sales/Advertising Experience:
In-depth knowledge of the Irish retail media market.
