Job descriptionRole title: Warehouse OperativeReporting to: Warehouse Manager/SupervisorWorking days for this role are Monday to Friday.8am to 5pmMain Duties include:Picking orders using an RFID scanner so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately Order picking using RF scannerEnsuring orders are accurate good attention to detailOperating handling equipment and ensuring safety regulations are followedCarefully pack and prepare orders for dispatchGoods-in ensure goods are checked and put away in a timely manner no damages/discrepanciesMaintain a high level of health and safety standardsEnsure all warehouse pick goals are met on a daily / weekly bassGeneral upkeep of the warehouse - clean as you go policyPerform other general warehouse duties as neededRole Requirements:Counterbalance license required.Experience working with an RFID scannerPrevious experience working in a warehouse environment desiredGood time management and attention to detail are essentialSelf motivated individual with ability to work in a fast paced and busy environmentGood team playerStrong communication skills in both written and oral EnglishBenefits:Performance BonusCompany Sick Pay schemeEmployee Assistance ProgramStaff DiscountsBike to Work SchemeOpportunity for career advancementJob Type: Full-timePay: €***** per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payStore discountExperience:Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Forklift licence (preferred)counterbalance license (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
