Childcare Practitioner (room leader, assistant) We are on the search for a new staff member to join our wonderful team. Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, supporting their development in a safe and nurturing environment. Essential Requirements: QQI Level 6 in Early Childcare & Education Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting. Living within commuting distance of Dublin, Ireland Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and interests of children Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Canidate's must be living in Ireland and able to attend an interview in person Advantageous Requirements: Certificates in Children First, First Aid, Manual Handling or HACCP Responsibilities: Plan and implement daily activities appropriate for the children in our service. Liaise with families and build strong relationships to best support the children. Work with fellow colleagues in curriculum planning, following all relevant/current guidelines. Light cleaning duties included.
