As Sous Chef you are required to plan and assist with the preparation of all foods and effective management of the kitchen and it's team on a daily basis. Salary: depending on experience Role Responsibility: Manage stock and ordering on a daily/weekly basis Complete audit and quality standard documentation such as HACCP Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipe and production schedules Assist with the preparation of all food, taking into account specific needs and special dietary requirements Develop and implement creative seasonal menus Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times The Ideal Candidate Is Required: Qualified Chef with a passion for good food and experience in similar properties This position may suit an existing Sous Chef or a strong Chef De Partie looking to take the next step in their career Ability to adhere to legislation and is fully trained in HACCP Able to effectively manage resources Good literacy and numeracy Experience of working effectively within a team, able to display good communication skills Experience within a similar busy, fast pace environment Excellent Package Plus Tips, Along with Flexible & Friendly Working Environment.
