Top five Irish firm are recruiting a Legal PA for their Litigation Group.

Suitable candidates for this role will have a background in personal injury, medical negligence and/or healthcare litigation.
You will be skilled in:
Managing AML and client onboarding processes.Providing administrative support to Partners and Senior Associates, keeping files up to date and producing high-level documents (to include pleadings, correspondence and legal agreements).Monthly and quarterly billing, being confident in working with relevant software and liaising with finance/accounts.Organising busy diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, and triaging emails.All MS Office packages and ideally in the use of 3E and legal practice management software.This is a permanent role and an urgent requirement for the firm.
They will arrange interviews as soon as suitable candidates are identified.
