Mobile Electrician (Limerick/Clare) with vanPay: €46,000 - €54,000 per year plus van, pension, healthcareReporting to Facilities ManagerKey Accountabilities:To carry out reactive and preventative maintenance.To ensure correct and effective system operation of electrical and control systems on the client sites.To liaise and communicate as needed with end users/customers.To specify and order supplies or materials as needed.Complete all site lighting repairs and replacements.To monitor and respond to BMS alarms.Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements are fulfilled prior to work commencement.To complete small projects.Ensure documentation of work activities.To update and utilise site CMMS systems for recording of work activities.Assist in keeping buildings and work areas or storage areas clean and tidy.Assist with the direct supervision of vendors/contractors on site to ensure a comprehensive Contractor Management System.To be flexible and adaptable to new working methods, practises, plant, equipment or procedures.To maintain electrical and control systems, plant and work equipment in good order.The post holder will follow safe systems of work, taking reasonable care of their own health and safety, and that of others.Ensure Customer Service standards are world class.Candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a growing team.They must be capable and willing to undertake additional technical service duties as the need/demand requires.To adopt a professional attitude and approach to work.The role requires an individual with a customer-focused proactive attitude and technical strengths, combined with an ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
