On behalf of a leading construction and engineering firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
The succesful candidate will lead the company's forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis efforts, responsible for delivering actionable insights that directly influence business decisions and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities: Lead all FP&A activities, providing strategic financial guidance to c-suite members.
Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including development of the Group's 1, 3 & 5-year plan.
Oversee a small team of FP&A professionals, ensuring delivery of in-depth financial analysis, including profitability and cost modelling.
Partner with commercial teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile: Qualified accountant with a strong background in FP&A or commercial finance.
Significant experience in a senior financial role, ideally within the construction, property, or infrastructure sectors (not essential).
Proven leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional projects and finance teams.
Highly proficient in financial modelling and advanced Excel.
Commercially focused, with the ability to distil complex financial data into clear insights.
