Maintenance Coordinator | Days | €50,000€60,000 A well-established processing facility is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage day-to-day facilities, utilities upkeep, and maintenance scheduling in a structured, supportive environment.
The role requires experience in utilities & facilities maintenance (water / HVAC / power etc.) and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance for building utilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely maintenance and resolve breakdowns Track performance of utilities, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement Maintain maintenance logs, spare part records, and ensure compliance with safety / environmental regulations Manage external non-conformances and supervisory oversight for contractors where needed Requirements: Experience in facilities/utilities maintenance coordination or similar environment Good technical understanding of building utilities systems Strong organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills Ability to prioritise tasks, manage emergencies, and maintain uptime Valid drivers licence Whats on Offer: Salary: €50,000€60,000 depending on experience Day-shift role only, no night shifts or weekends Permanent contract with strong support & training Long-term opportunity with decent progression in a growing environment Apply now with your CV to discuss this opportunity in confidence.
