, we are offering exciting opportunities for experienced, customer-focused professionals to join our Food & Beverage team at the 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide.
We are currently recruiting for:
Food & Beverage Assistants
- Full time – to join our dynamic team in our South Bank Bar and our Restaurant, Coast.
Food & Beverage Assistant
:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within a 4* hotel or restaurant.
A passion for delivering excellent service in a busy, customer-facing environment is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in Food & Beverage Service to the hotel standard
Delivering an exceptional guest experience in our F&B outlets
Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are conducted in line with SOPs
Maintaining the appearance and tidiness of the Service Areas
Completing all preparation in advance of Service times
Communicating hotel and group services to guests
