Product Owner - Data and Operational Excellence
Logitech is seeking a Product Owner for Data and Operational Excellence to design, implement, and manage scalable digital solutions to improve enterprise data governance and operational processes.
The role focuses on partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data integrity, operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have experience leading digitization, process optimization, and data governance projects at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Governance and Process Ownership: Evaluate and redefine existing processes for managing enterprise data, identify gaps, and design solutions to migrate offline or legacy workflows to enterprise systems.
Program and Project Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans to implement scalable data governance and process improvement initiatives.
Data Quality, Integrity, and Performance Tracking: Design and establish processes for capturing, validating, and managing enterprise data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Management: Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional business teams, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and execution of enterprise data projects.
Your Skills And Expertise:
10+ years of hands-on experience leading digitization, process optimization, and data governance projects at an enterprise level.
Deep expertise in transforming offline or manual workflows into efficient, enterprise-grade system solutions.
Proven ability to implement and monitor SMART KPIs, driving measurable outcomes related to data quality and operational efficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse global teams, articulate challenges, and influence adoption.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
Familiarity with enterprise systems and cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Salesforce.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
