RC Frame Foreman

Ideally someone coming from the following backgrounds: Building and Construction, Formwork, Residential and Commercial Projects.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including logistics, Safety, Daily briefings, subcontractors, and direct staff. * Provide strong leadership to the on-site team, including subcontractors and direct labour. * Ensure all health and safety is adhered to at all times. * Work with the planner to develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress against milestones and address any delays. * Manage the workforce, including concrete workers, steel benders, formwork carpenters, and any subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work. * Acts as the point of contact on-site for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any concerns. * Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff. * Identify and find solution to construction-related issues and challenges promptly, leveraging technical expertise and practical experience to find innovative solutions.IDEAL CANDIDATE * 3-5 years experience in this sector of work. * Must have in-depth knowledge of construction Management or related field.. * Excellent delegation & organisational skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of quality and safety management systems. * Good IT skills with ability to generate detailed site reports. * Ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines. * Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.WHAT THE FIRM OFFERS● Annual Performance Bonus● Company vehicle, phone and laptop● Ongoing continuous development● Minimum 20 days annual leave
