Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a Cyber Administrator to join their team. The administrator will provide support to the Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team. The duration of this post is 12 months initially with likely extensions thereafter. This is a hybrid working role. Candidates based in Dublin will be expected to be in our client's office in Dublin up to 3 days per week. Candidates based outside of Dublin will be expected to attend meetings or collaborative working sessions in our client's office in Dublin up to 1 day per week. Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €30.17 per hour based on an annualised salary of €55,093. You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays. Role & Responsibilities As one of the primary points to support the drive of uplifting our client's cybersecurity maturity, we have established the Chief Information Security Officer's (CISO) office. The CISO's office oversees regulatory compliance and audit management, management of the Cyber Risk Framework, ensuring alignment with our client's risk management framework, and Security Change Management, including Cyber Risk Controls. A Cyber Administrator is expected to contribute to all aspects of cyber compliance and cyber risk controls as required by the role so as to ensure that our clients IT Security Compliance Requirements are identified, reviewed and managed. The role will ensure the maximisation of resource expertise and availability for the duration of the contract. The role will likely comprise of (but not limited to) Project Reporting - The Cyber Administrator will be expected to report to stakeholders on project status The Network and Information Security (NIS) Directive - Under a programme of work driven by the National Cyber Security Centre, provide administrative support to management Assist with the codification of a security management framework aligned with industry best practice and standards, initially NIST for the purpose of the NIS Directive with respect to our client as an Essential Entity Working with other areas and partners to provide assistance in the completion of security questionnaires Engaging with internal and external Audit partners as needed and providing administrative support to assist with any associated programs of work Provide administrative support for a GRC platform as needed Skills & Experience: Must have 5+ years' experience working in ICT GRC, preferably (but not necessarily) for a Health Sector Organisation A proven ability to prioritise, organise and schedule a wide variety of tasks and to manage competing demands and tight deadlines while consistently maintaining high standards and positive working relationships A proven ability to pay close and accurate attention to detail in personal work and to create a culture where high standards are valued and respected A proven ability in working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners with the ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce professional reports Business Competencies: Champions measurement on delivery of results and is willing to take personal responsibility to initiate activities and drive objectives through to a conclusion Demonstrates the ability to engage with external vendors to ensure performance and service delivery ensuring that the impact of projects is maximised Demonstrates an ability to manage the development and delivery of a project plan Ability to work with the other ICT units to ensure that ICT projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner Demonstrates evidence of operational management skills including managing own work and that of others, delegating appropriately within the resources available Demonstrate ability to implement and manage change and business process re-organisation skills Displays a commitment to achieving quality results including experience in evaluating the provision of services A client user and customer focus in the delivery of services Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer *This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role* Skills: Cyber Cyber Admin Governance Risk Compliance Benefits: Accrue 30 days AL per year
