Flannery's Hotel Galway are currently recruiting for a Hall Porter.Potential candidates must be available to work full-time.This is predominately a Monday - Friday role although flexibility around weekends will be required from time to time.Job Description:To facilitate guest requests in the Accommodation, & room service departmentsTo carry out maintenance in rooms when required.To assist with the luggage intake for individual guests as well as tours.To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & BeverageTo serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional mannerTo ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in all areas of the hotel including the out-door areasTo assist with deliveries for the accommodation and Food & Beverage departmentsTo greet all guests in a warm and friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all timesThe ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service.They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task.The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills.A good level of spoken English is required.Job Type: Full-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Company eventsEmployee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 01/09/2025
