My client, a nationwide hospitality service provider based in Wexford is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. This role supports the finance team in managing the financial operations of the company. This role is based full-time in office. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers Conduct bank reconciliations accurately and on time Prepare monthly financial reports to meet strict deadlines Oversee payroll functions with attention to detail Processing payments on the bank system Any other duties as assigned by management Requirements: ATI or PQ Accounting qualification preferable 2+ years experience in a similar role essential Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage If this opportunity is of interest, please contact Andrew Adamson at the enclosed address.
