Role: Regional Health & Safety Manager Location: Dublin Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System on allocated projects.• Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors and workers and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop effective solutions.• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in safety regulations.Qualifications and Experience:• Recognised Health and Safety Degree or Diploma.• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.• At least 10 or more years’ of industry experience.• Previous Construction experience is preferred (Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, Commercial)• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Package:Competitive Salary, Company Vehicle or Travel Allowance, Relocation Allowance (where applicable), Company Laptop, Company phone, Pension, Life insurance, Income Protection, Continuous Professional Development (CPD), Access to Lifestyle Benefits (such as Bike to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club) and many more.We fully embrace the right of all employees to work in an environment that ensures equal opportunity and treatment with dignity and respect.
