Musgrave is one of Europe's most successful family-owned businesses, with a rich 150-year legacy in food and brand innovation.We're proud to serve communities across Ireland and Spain, feeding one in three people every day through 18 iconic brands like SuperValu, Centra, Mace, Frank and Honest, and Musgrave MarketPlace.By supporting thousands of retail and foodservice family businesses, we make a positive impact on the communities they serve.We're committed to becoming the most trusted and sustainable business in Ireland, and we're looking for dynamic, forward-thinking individuals to join us on this journey.Please note this is a 24 month contract position and will cover Dublin City primarily and other regions as required by manager.Role Purpose:To develop a defined region as outlined by the Daybreak Sales Manager, with total responsibility for sales, profit, loyalty and brand execution.To support retailers to implement best practice in their stores.To develop annual Business Plans and KPIs to track store performance.To drive retailer brand engagement through brand initiatives and events.To deliver annual new store targets and rebrands.What you'll be doing:Key activities:Exceed agreed region sales & profit targets.Drive retailer loyalty to 90% plus.Ensure excellent brand engagement through delivery key initiatives and training.Develop the region by managing a prospect list of new stores.Maintain all accounts within Musgrave's credit terms.Provide accurate and relevant information on competitor activity and other trade field information to the Daybreak Sales Manager and Central FunctionsEnsure the right format range is available in all stores.To ensure all Daybreak stores deliver the agreed wholesale profit budgetComplete all administration e.g. journey plans, weekly & monthly reports and prospect lists.Ensure the profitability of all Daybreak stores by driving strong commercial behaviours with retailersEnsure all Daybreak stores comply with all legislation by providing training and 'best practice' advice.All stores working to attain the EIQA mark.What we're looking for:Experience/ knowledge of convenience retail industry and retail development – minimum 5 yearsGood understanding of Retail Accounts including P&L & Cash Flow ProjectionsProven track record in proactive field sales and achieved targets in convenience retailExperience in a ''Food to Go'' environment.Leaving Cert / GCSE.Full clean driving licenceMusgrave is an equal opportunities employer.We encourage applications from diverse candidates.If we can make any accommodations to enable you to be the best version of yourself during the interview, please let us know.#J-*****-Ljbffr
