Our client, a well-established family-owned brokerage with over 40 years in business, is seeking an Account Handler to join their team in County Leitrim. This role is available due to the retirement of a long-serving team member, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and work with an experienced and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both personal and commercial lines insurance, providing support to clients and ensuring efficient management of their policies. You will be involved in day-to-day client communications, processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and assisting with new business. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in insurance, with an APA qualification being advantageous, though not essential. A strong understanding of insurance products and excellent customer service skills are key to thriving in this role.
