Cost Analyst

As part of the team at Instrotec, you will be working on a range of projects including Data Centre, Power Generation, Pharma and Semi-conductor projects. We are currently recruiting for a Cost Analyst to join our team in either Enfield or Westport Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Conducting cost and risk analysis by collecting and analysing financial data Determination of standard costs and investigation of variances with actual costs Reviewing and reporting S/E on monthly valuations through the life cycle of the projects Monitoring of changes in processes or materials to calculate effects on overall costs Creating and managing budgets while monitoring expenditure Managing commercial aspects of subcontractors and agency staff including forecasting and analysing of labour costs Providing project costing, margin & cashflow reports Assisting with monthly valuations and certs Assisting in final accounts Requirements A relevant third level degree qualification 3+ years experience in a similar role IT Skills Microsoft Office suite Experience working on a large scale electrical projects is desirable but not essential.
