HR Manager €50k We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager for our client.We are looking for a dynamic manager with a pro-active approach to all aspects of the HR department, and a working knowledge of the Irish hospitality sector with an excellent understanding for operations in all departments.Main duties and responsibilities: Be responsible for all HR-related KPIs and use these to recommend and drive business performance management Work collaboratively with the leadership team.Provide coaching and expertise on a range of complex, people-sensitive related issues.Lead workforce planning for the business by carrying out detailed gap analysis and executing effective plans to meet the current and future needs of the business including recruitment.Develop succession plans, working with site management to ensure a strong leadership pipeline with leaders who have the knowledge and skills.Oversee the effective management and resolution of all employee relations issues, in accordance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.Provide accurate HR advice and support to management and staff in relation to all aspects of the employment relations.Manage day-to-day HR services and department in an effective and efficient manner.Ideal Candidate: A degree/masters in HR or related discipline, with CIPD qualification desirable.Minimum 2-3 years in a senior role as a HR Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.An excellent practical knowledge of Irish employment legislation, policies, procedures in line with recommended codes of practice.Be approachable, personable, energetic with the highest standard of integrity.A people person with a growth mind-set, accessible and open to our team members, always willing to listen, assist and support.Attention to detail, commercial awareness with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.A passion for helping people by coaching, mentoring, supporting the business units and management teams.Organised, innovative and results driven with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suit Experience in the Irish hospitality industry essential.Can be assisted with accommodation.BURAMB22 INDCAT1 Skills: HR Human Resources Hotels Benefits: See Description
