Inside Sales AgentReporting to: Inside Sales Manager Department: Direct SalesDate Prepared: September ****This Inside Sales Agent role is a unique role that provides the colleague the opportunity to work across different areas of the CPM business including Direct Sales and Retail.The successful candidate will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager and will be working from our CPM Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin.The role will involve generating sales and creating lead and appointments in the SME, Retail and On Trade sectors.Primary activity will focus on our award-winning Vodafone SME Sales channel, with flexibility to work on different campaigns as they arise.Primary Responsibilities:Create sales through desk-based research, contacting potential customers to sell our clients' product and services.Proactively engage customers over the phone, either through self-generated leads or working with call or customer files.Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targetsManage your customer pipeline and own your CRM to ensure all information is correct, accurate and secure.Structured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospectsWork to the highest compliance levels set out by the company and clientEnsure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelinesProvide competitor feedback and industry insightProactively research new and existing products and services from competitors on an on-going basisInside / Tele-sales and/or lead generation experienceExperience within the utilities (eg telecoms, energy) sectorAwareness of the Irish business arena at local and national levels to maintain pipelineExperience working with outbound calling, lead management and/or CRM systemsExperience in a fast-paced target driven role, ideally in the business sectorCompetent IT Skills.Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and OutlookAgility to multi-task, specifically updating systems and online forms in real-time whilst on calls with prospects so as to maximise efficiencyStrong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance.Self-motivated with a drive to deliver consistent resultsPositive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clientTeamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamicStrong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunitiesAccountability for performance and personal ownership of corrective measuresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationshipsAbility to create trust through effective listening and responding appropriately to individual CustomersStrong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/clientEmployee Benefits• Competitive basic salary• Monthly Bonus & uncapped commission structure• Laptop• Career development and progression (92% of our Managers are recruited from within)• Potential for Hybrid working (Home / Office)• CPM Employee Benefit Scheme including enhanced maternity & paternity pay, paid study leave, fertility support and more.#J-*****-Ljbffr
