About the Role Our client, a renowned Architecture and Design firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Architect to join their team in Galway. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing and delivering complex construction projects while ensuring design excellence, quality standards, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Manage the architectural oversight of construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with design teams, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design intent, building regulations, and safety standards. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals. Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly. Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and on schedule. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Champion sustainability and innovative solutions in all aspects of project delivery. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (or related field). Professional accreditation (e.g., RIAI, RIBA, or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years experience in site/project management within architecture or construction. Comprehensive knowledge of Irish building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
