Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the workshop: Work closely with technicians and service team members to optimise workflow and productivity. Manage service bookings: Efficiently schedule appointments and organise the workshop diaries. Maintain workshop standards: Ensure tools, special equipment, and the workshop are always organised, clean, and functioning properly. Vehicle handover checks: Monitor the preparation of vehicles for handover to customers, ensuring all quality checks are completed. Test drives: Where necessary, test drive vehicles to ensure repairs meet high standards. Waste disposal: Manage the safe disposal of waste, including oil, filters, and brake fluid, in compliance with regulations. Customer satisfaction: Promote exceptional service and clear communication to enhance the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Candidate Requirements: Full, clean drivers license. Strong organisational and communication skills. Positive attitude with a passion for teamwork. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
