Snap Fitness are seeking an energetic, passionate and motivated Assistant Manager for our Drogheda Club.The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for helping others and a track record of driving member engagement and satisfaction.As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for helping the Club Manager to oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring excellence in service, implementing innovative strategies to enhance the member experience, and team management.This is a full-time position with the selected candidate being able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.You must be fully flexible over Mon-Sun.Experience or a proven interest in Health & Fitness is required.This role will include the following:Support the Club Manager in leading and managing daily club operationsImplement strategies to increase membership, retention, and member satisfactionAssist with inspiring, mentoring, and managing a diverse team of staffOversee the planning and execution of club eventsManage budgets, financial reports, and operational expensesCollaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote club eventsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and complianceActively seek and implement innovative ideas to enhance club servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with membersCandidates to have the following (preferred but not essential):Supervisory/Management ExperienceLevel 3 REPS Certification (not essential)First Aid CertificateOutstanding customer service and people skillsExcellent Leadership SkillsA proven ability to hit targetsIf you can see yourself contributing, advancing and learning with Snap Fitness Drogheda, apply today ** SEND YOUR CV and COVER LETTER to **Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €28,****** per yearBenefits:FlexitimeOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Drogheda, CO.Louth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
