Company DescriptionECSL is dedicated to designing and building sustainable and robust engineering solutions that create positive economic, social, and environmental impacts.Embracing our core principles of Innovation, Sustainability, and Social Responsibility, ECSL strives to deliver excellence in every project.Our mission is to lead the industry by integrating these values into all our engineering practices.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal Civil/Structural Engineer, with 2-3 days at the Greentech HQ office in Enniscorthy, County Wexford and the remaining days at home.The Principal Civil/Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, overseeing design and construction, ensuring project compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.The role also entails mentoring junior engineers, conducting site visits, and contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.QualificationsLeadership and Management skills in overseeing engineering projects and mentoring junior engineersExpertise in Civil and Structural Engineering, including design and constructionIn-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and complianceExperience in project management, including budgeting and schedulingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with sustainable engineering practicesBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plusMust be a Chartered Engineer
