Job description: IT Operations Specialist As IT Operations Specialist you will be reporting directly into the Head of IT.

Department Description As IT Operations Specialist, youll be joining an organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives.
You will play a crucial role in keeping our technology infrastructure running smoothly.
You will be responsible for day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with their technical needs.
In addition, you will take ownership of project-related work, ensuring IT initiatives are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and can balance daily IT tasks with larger projects.
Your Responsibilities In this role, the responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line technical support to employees across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and minor networking issues.
Manage and prioritize IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Work collaboratively with the IT team to maintain and improve IT infrastructure.
Take responsibility for IT projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and completed on time & successfully.
Document IT processes, issue resolutions, and project progress.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills & Experience: Good experience in an IT support or operations role.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience managing IT-related projects is a plus.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
