New Product Introduction SpecialistThe NPI department oversees the development and implementation of new or improved products, collaborating with departments like Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Test Engineering.Role Responsibilities:• Create product documentation (e.g., labels, packaging, manuals) compliant with local and product standards.• Develop BOMs in the ERP system for target markets.• Collaborate with designers to ensure compliant packaging.• Validate and implement documentation changes and manage communication with stakeholders.• Work with sales offices on documentation approvals and Purchasing on timelines.• Support Production with implementing changes and resolving queries.Candidate Profile:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or Business & Law.• Proficient in English; German fluency is a plus.• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.• Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks.By applying to this job post you agree that Sterling Engineering may process your personal data for recruitment purposes.
