About Minerex Environmental:Minerex Environmental is a leader in providing specialised environmental services, with a core focus on dewatering, over-pumping, water treatment, and environmental management for the construction, mining, and pharmaceutical industries.We offer innovative and sustainable solutions to water management challenges, ensuring efficient resource utilisation while minimising environmental impact.Our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance ensures that we help our clients achieve operational goals while protecting ecosystems and maintaining the highest safety standards.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Office Manager in the daily operations of our hydroengineering and water management company.The role will focus primarily on office administration, including maintaining staff and fleet records, managing office and IT supplies, recording timesheets and expenses for the site team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.In addition to core administrative responsibilities, the role offers opportunities to gain experience in other areas of the business such as assisting with procurement activities, supporting invoicing and accounts record-keeping, and contributing to health and safety documentation and compliance.This position offers flexible hours (part-time or full-time) and is designed with growth in mind.For the right individual, it can lead to a long-term, permanent role with increasing responsibilities and career advancement opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily support to the Office Manager to ensure smooth operations of the office and projects.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing records, managing calendars, and preparing documents.Help maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records, including monitoring stock levels, updating spreadsheets, and processing purchase orders.Support project teams by coordinating office supplies, equipment, and purchased materials needed for field or engineering work.Handle day-to-day office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, restocking the canteen, and keeping the workspace organized.Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop, with the opportunity to expand into more independent tasks.Qualifications:Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Attention to detail and ability to multitaskInterest in office management, purchasing, or operations (experience a plus, but not required)Positive attitude and willingness to learnWhat We Offer:Flexible hours (part-time or full-time)Practical training and mentorship from experienced managersBroad exposure to office management, procurement, and business operationsOpportunity for growth and potential permanent employmentIf you are eager to start your career in a professional, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from youJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: From €31,****** per yearExpected hours: ******* per weekBenefits:Company eventsOn-site parkingSick payAbility to commute/relocate:Tallaght, CO.Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Work Location: In person
