Eppione is hiring for a Business Development Representative (BDR) roleAbout EppioneEppione simplifies global employee benefits and HR management through one unified platform.Designed for international companies, benefits brokers, and EOR providers, it empowers employees to choose and manage their benefits anytime, anywhere, on any device, within rulesets you control.Administrators get real-time analytics and reporting to stay ahead of changing needs.Backed by a team of benefits consultants, brokers, and wellbeing experts, Eppione supports employee benefits strategies, from selection to ongoing optimization, helping businesses and their people thrive.ResponsibilitiesEppione is seeking a hard-working and dynamicBusiness Development Representative (BDR)to join our sales team for outbound activities.In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the growth of our business by accelerating pipeline growth.This is a key role to assist in the growth of the business.The candidate will proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities directly and with channel partners.The main goals of the position are as follows:Targeting & ResearchIdentify and research suitable target accounts, decision-makers, and channel partners using tools like LinkedIn and other sources.Outreach & Pipeline GenerationExecute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social media) to generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and meet activity targets.MessagingDevelop and deliver compelling, tailored messaging and creative campaigns to engage prospects, uncover pain points, and present Eppione's value.Sales PresentationsConfidently present solutions to prospects, creating persuasive business cases that align with their needs and drive high conversion rates.CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and provide regular performance reports, including pipeline updates and forecast vs. targets.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with Marketing, Product, and internal teams to align on lead gen strategies and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.Partner GrowthSupport and grow partner relationships by demonstrating value, driving joint opportunities, and identifying new channel prospects.Market Knowledge & PositioningStay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and Eppione's differentiators to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.Professionalism & Customer ExperienceRepresent Eppione with professionalism throughout the pre-sales cycle, ensuring timely, knowledgeable, and customer-focused interactions.Key ObjectivesThis is a key role in helping Eppione communicate directly with its target audience with a view to building a sales pipeline and ultimately winning new customers.Number of target accounts contacted via various channelsHit new business development targets, including the number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Qualified Sales Opportunities (QSOs)Number of new customer meetings generatedNumber of qualified sales opportunities generatedThe quality of sales opportunities and the percentage that convert into paying customersReporting to the line manager and providing regular reports on sales activityContribute to team meetings and bring forward good ideas that will help the business.You HaveThe ideal candidate will have a desire to build a career in Sales1+ years in a sales development/business development function or relevant work experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding ability to prioritize work and tasks; attention to detail and excellent follow-throughIntellectual curiosity and a high propensity for self-development and learningThe ability to self-motivate – the BDR role can be unstructured.Your success will be dependent on your ability to hold yourself accountable for getting the job done.A positive attitude, a high degree of persistence, and tenacityLocation and TravelThis position can be based in our Dublin 1 or London office and may involve some travel from time to time within the EU and the USA.To apply, please email ****** with your CV or fill out the form below.Apply NowFirst Name *Last Name *Phone *Email *What role are you applying for *Additional CommentsAttach Your CVFile Type Accepted: PDFFile Limit: 2mb* Indicates required fieldsBy submitting this form you accept that Eppione needs the contact information you provide to us to contact you about our products and services.You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.For information on how to unsubscribe, as well as our privacy practices and commitment to protecting your privacy, check out our Privacy Policy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
