Position Overview: Currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Solicitor to join our team in the Kildare office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the real estate practice, with a particular focus on residential and commercial property matters. This position requires expertise in dealing with landlords and tenants, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier legal advice and representation. Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload of real estate matters, including residential and commercial property transactions. Provide expert legal advice to clients on landlord and tenant issues. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation and case law. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary. Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
