Manage the workforce, including concrete workers, steel benders, formwork carpenters, and any subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work. ? Acts as the point of contact on-site for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any concerns. ? Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff. ? Identify and find solution to construction-related issues and challenges promptly, leveraging technical expertise and practical experience to find innovative solutions. IDEAL CANDIDATE ? 3-5 years experience in this sector of work. ? Must have in-depth knowledge of construction Management or related field.. ? Excellent delegation & organisational skills. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of quality and safety management systems. ? Good IT skills with ability to generate detailed site reports. ?
