Barden are delighted to be supporting our client, an engineering company on a Sales/Purchasing administration role on their team ABOUT THE ROLE: Manage new and repeat sales enquiries, setting up templates, and inputting data for customer sales quotes Liaise with suppliers for part quotes and external finishing services Work in tandem with the Production team for enquiry input and scheduling Oversee the sales quote process via our ERP system, ensuring efficient communication with customers and suppliers Transition sales quotes into sales orders following customer approval Coordinate with the Production team to set estimated delivery dates Maintain job sheets and work order folders, ensuring all necessary documentation is included ABOUT THE PERSON: Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in sales administration or related roles preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Keen eye for accuracy and efficiency Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ready to take the next step in your career with our team Hi, we're Barden.
