The role is to ensure that the physical inventory in the Kuehne+ Nagel Warehouse is in line with the system of record and ensure that all the documentation is 100% accurate before departure of goods from Ireland. The role will ensure that he department operates to Best in Class quality standards and in an environment of conscious improvement. Follow all Kuehne+Nagel s warehouse and Inventory control procedures. Responsibilities Ensure that all inventory received into the Warehouse is inputted on to the relevant WMS IT System as well as maintain a Cycle count program that will ensure that all inventory in counted over a given time. Be aware of the importance of following the Good Distribution Practice for Pharma products along all the supply change and following all the SOP concerned with the products, if concerned. Ensure that produce is received and issued in a timely manner as well as ensure that implemented procedures per country/region/customer for all destinations are followed. Complete the relevant documentation and ensure compliance for all destination countries in line with specific rules and regulations. Ensure that all documentation is 100% accurate before departure of goods from Ireland. Maintain and segregate all quarantine stocks as per Kuehne+Nagels procedures. Report all non-conformities to your Manager. Develop KPIs to measure performance, stock accuracy, receiving or pick errors. Related with customers the role has to ensure that lines of communication are set up and clear and timely information flows up down the organisation and the customers in order to provide the 100% quality customer service to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
