Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Reliability Engineer to join Europe's Largest Airline GroupThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of Ryanair as we plan to expand our fleet to over 800 aircraft and serve more than 300 million guests within the next 10 years.The Role:Based in Madrid, the successful candidate will join a team of experienced engineers to ensure the continued airworthiness of our fleet of over 610 Boeing and Airbus aircraft.Reporting to the Reliability Manager, the Technical Services Graduate Engineer will collaborate with Boeing, Airbus, and OEMs to improve reliability in Ryanair's operations, participate in reviews with global operators, and influence reliability priorities.The Reliability Engineer will support the team in:Reviewing and analyzing maintenance data related to components and systems, identifying and resolving reliability alerts, and finding solutions for repetitive delays.Performing detailed cost/benefit analyses of reliability improvement options and making recommendations to the manager.Reviewing manufacturer and OEM Service Bulletins for reliability improvements and assessing their benefits for fleet implementation.Liaising with Boeing, Airbus, and equipment manufacturers on technical issues.Analyzing aircraft dispatch reliability and creating technical reports.RequirementsDegree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or B-1/B-2/CAT A license.Good technical knowledge of the B737NG, A320, and B******** aircraft.Flexible approach with a focus on project delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferably, good working knowledge of AMOS.Proficiency in Word and Excel.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.Benefits include:Discounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinations.Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.Death in Service Benefit – Up to twice the annual salary.Starting with 20 days of annual leave, increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year.#J-*****-Ljbffr
