Job Description
We are seeking a Director to join our business.
You will play a pivotal role in driving client impact, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth agenda.
You will lead complex engagements, design innovative solutions, and advise C-suite stakeholders across industries.
In addition to delivering excellence, you will be expected to shape go-to-market strategies, contribute to thought leadership, and develop the next generation of consulting talent.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Delivery:
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (C-suite and business leaders).
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale transformation, strategy, or technology programs.
Ensure measurable client impact, ROI, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend innovative solutions.
Business Development & Growth:
Drive business growth by identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities across existing and new accounts.
Lead proposal development, client pitches, and contract negotiations.
Build strong networks within target industries to generate market insights and opportunities.
Collaborate with firm leadership on sector and service-line growth initiatives.
Practice & People Development:
Contribute to building the firm's consulting practice through IP development, methodologies, and thought leadership.
Mentor, coach, and inspire consultants and managers to achieve their full potential.
Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Support recruitment, training, and capability-building efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
15+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, professional services, or senior industry roles.
Proven track record of leading client engagements with Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations.
Strong business development experience, including revenue generation and client relationship management.
Deep expertise in at least one consulting domain (e.g., Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology, Operational Excellence, Human Capital).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional global teams in complex environments.
