Main Duties :Electrical and Mechanical trouble-shootingElectro-mechanical repairs to high-speed, PLC-controlled plant, handling and packaging equipment, also pneumatic and hydraulic control systemsInput to and carry out Preventive & Predictive Maintenance RoutinesSupport Production Team in achieving targetsClosely monitor line and machine performance and intervene on line as soon as any deterioration in performance occursTo be observant & work off your own initiative when a fault is detected & to take action based on your best judgment on whether to effect immediate repair or notTo keep clean any areas in which you are working, including any transit areas to and from the workshop, including the workshop and storesCo-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross-skilling and other job-related competenciesUpdate the maintenance management system (CMMS), records of all changes, stores transactions made and work carried outTroubleshooting using PLC ProgramsEducation / Work Experience :Trades Qualified Electrical / MechanicalMinimum of 5 yrs experience within a maintenance environment, ideally food/beverage.Working knowledge of packing machinesExcellent trouble shooting skills.Ability to work on own initative.Must have excellent English including technical English.Must be eligible to work in IrelandMust be available for shift work
