Wesco Electrical Ltd have a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to join our Navan branch in the role of Warehouse Operative.The successful candidate will be required to maintain the warehouse as required, deliver product to customers and effectively on occassions and eventually serve customers at our trade counter.Main role responsibilities include but not limited to:Pack and load products onto trucks according to company's specificationsEnsuring customers receive excellent customer serviceFacilitate all inward and outbound stock movements for the branch efficiently, following company procedures, and using IT systems where appropriate.Pick and pack goods in an efficient, timely and safe manner.Actively maintain and improve housekeeping throughout working hours ensuring that stored goods are kept tidily and in the correct place, using mechanical handling equipment where appropriate in accordance with company procedures.Ensure the company's standards are deliveredContribute to the effective operation of the branch by supporting other staff in meeting Customer Service levels.Deliver orders to customers on assigned routesConduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goodsCandidate profile:Full clean B class driving license for two years minimum is essential.Excellent customer services skills.Team PlayerFluent in written and spoken EnglishAbility to prioritise workCustomer focusedA proven track record in delivering excellent serviceFlexible to work Monday to Saturday lunchtime and overtime as requiredWork remotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,******-€32,****** per yearBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingEducation:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Licence/Certification:Forklift licence (preferred)driving license (required)Work Location: In person
