Senior Analog/RF IC Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
Analysis and synthesis of analog specifications
Analog architecture definition
Design of functional blocks
Electrical simulations (Spice / Fast Spice)
Behavioral description and simulation
Layout design and verification
Database integration
IP debugging and characterization
Support for product characterization
Your profile:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar position, with a Master's Degree and/or Engineering degree in microelectronics design
Deep knowledge of analog CMOS processes
Proven design experience with RF front-end at 13.56MHz (demodulator, load modulation, energy recovery)
Experience with bandgap, regulator, oscillator design
Proven experience in low power / low noise analog circuits
Experience with analog design for smartcards and secure products is a plus
Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics tools (DFII, schematic and layout entry/verification, Assura, Calibre, etc.)
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.)
Fluent in English
