We are a nurse-led unit providing a 24-hour inpatient service primarily for older people.
We offer rehabilitation, palliative, and end-of-life care for people in the local community.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who wishes to be part of a friendly and supportive team committed to continuous improvement.
The post holder must be confident in decision-making, able to work independently, and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff, including student nurses.
Newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessing needs and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will collaborate with other health professionals, patients, and families to coordinate complex discharges.
The role requires full UK NMC registration and flexibility to work day and night shifts to meet the needs of our 24/7 service.
