Role OverviewJoining our team as an Inside Sales professional, you will be part of a small team who is passionate and driven for delivering great customer service. You will be the first point of contact for any new or existing business. A Successful candidate will be deal with technical telephone and email inquiries. They will be responsible for growing our smaller customers network whilst maintaining strong working relationships across all our existing customers. They will take the lead when issuing and managing quotations, via our CRM system and ensure efficiency and accuracy when placing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.
