Senior Bartender

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Bartender to join our friendly team in our high traffic easily accessible pub Late night service no longer in operation. OBJECTIVE Provide highest level of customer care to our valued clientele in a friendly and efficient manner. KEY ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES Must be FLUENT in English and have at least three years experience working in a similar role in Ireland. Be friendly and welcoming Ensure that customers are treated with courtesy and efficiency at all times Ensure that the quality and service of food and beverages are to the correct and highest standards so as to ensure customer satisfaction Have a clean, neat personal appearance when reporting for duty Anticipate problems before they arise and deal with them accordingly Communicate effectively with staff, customers and suppliers. DESIRED BUT NOT NECESSARY(TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED) Be familiar with the food hygiene, Heath & Safety regulations, fire and drill procedures and licensing requirements.
