Senior Accounts Technician/ Office Manager3 or 4 Days Per Week | Dublin CityOur client –Our client are award winning architects and designers whose depth of experience, sector expertise and creativity has delivered some of Ireland's leading buildings and interior environments.For over 40 years they have been passionate about designing the places and spaces that people love.Their architectural teams create new generation lifestyle environments for the hotel, residential and commercial sectors.They are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Technician/ Office Manager to join their team of over 20 people in their Dublin City office.The role –The position with have three core components –Accounts –End to end bookkeeping, reconciliations and invoicing for directors (circa 30 per month)Revenue returns – PAYE, VAT, CT returnsAssisting in the preparation of year end returns for external accountantCredit control –Managing collections in an effective/ polite mannerEnhancing controls to ensure timely paymentsOffice Management Oversight –Working with/ having oversight of an Office Administrator to ensure the office is running smoothly day to dayUsing SAGE Coretime for timesheets and accurate reporting for the directorsWhat's on offer –Working in vibrant/ fun office environmentVery competitive remunerationCPDAbout you –Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Accounts Assistant/ Technician roleComfortable working with senior stakeholders within a businessStrong communication skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience working with Sage 50 and CoretimeQualified Accounting Technician (or equivalent)#J-*****-Ljbffr
