Job DetailsJob category: human resources managerCompany: BRINDLEY HEALTHCARE SERVICES LIMITED T/A MANOR HOMECARE SERVICESJob Location: MANOR HOMECARE, Straffan Road Maynooth Co.Kildare W23 HO Positions: 2Start date: 11/08/2024Contract type: Permanent Full-timePositions : 2Career level: ManagerialSalary: Euro AnnuallyHours per week: 39Remote/Blended Working: NoSector: administrative and support service activitiesApplication DetailsIn order to work in Ireland a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid employment permit.Please review the Eligibility and requirements for an employment permit if you are unsure of your eligibility to apply for this vacancy.Job Description & Skills RequiredJob ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the Onboarding & Offboarding process.Supporting the delivery of a complete onboarding & offboarding programme.Assisting in and conducting research for other onboarding initiatives, as well as using tangible data to inform the structure and building of additional induction resources.Communicating onboarding progress to hiring managers and key stakeholders, offering solutions for onboarding issues and adopting a continuous improvement approach.Maintain a superior working knowledge of current onboarding and offboarding legislation (probation period, unfair dismissals, retirements) and employer responsibilities and inform management of changes needed before they arise.Monitoring the onboarding process to ensure the experience is positive for the employee and hiring manager and ensuring all new hires are set up from HR systems and processed by payroll in a timely manner.Full responsibility for the leavers- ensuring all employees are removed from HR systems and processed by payroll in a timely manner and ensuring all the offboarding experience is positive for the employee.Liaising with vendors to ensure employees (leavers) are removed from their listings.Communicating offboarding (retirement, general leavers) progress to managers and key stakeholders, offering solutions for offboarding issues and adopting a continuous improvement approach.Managing relevant ad hoc projects, ensuring that BAU activity is managed simultaneously.Assist in Creating and Revision HR policies ensuring the policies are consonant with the latest regulations.This includes revising and introducing onboarding and offboarding policies to support our employees.Assist with embedding our new HRIS system in the business, becoming a super user to support our employees.Work as part of a connected HR team to drive forward collectively our crucial HR processes and deliverables in relation to employee engagement, EVP and well-being.Act as a stakeholder in Manor Homecare Onboarding and Offboarding Service, Managing Records and Tracking most recent updates for employees.Answering general queries on the HR Helpdesk phone line or via the HR People Services mailbox in a professional and prompt manner.Supporting senior staff across the HR department under various projects.Experience and Qualifications Required2-3 years experience in a similar role.Experience in the creation of policiesAdvanced Excel skills for reporting on metricsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a busy department with multiple responsibilitiesGenuine desire to resolve employee issues in a professional and timely mannerINDHJob Type: Full-timePay: From €34,****** per yearWork Location: In person
