We are seeking experienced 360 Excavator Operators to join our expanding team in Kildare, Meath & Dublin.Responsibilities:Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on a variety of groundworks, earthworks, and civils projects.Carrying out civil engineering tasks including deep drainage, lifting operations, roadworks, and concrete works.Completing earthworks such as cut and fill, grading, shaping, and loading lorries.Supporting groundworks activities including foundations, drainage, trenching, and plot works.Ensuring all operations are completed in line with health & safety standards.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as a 360 Excavator Operator in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.High attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and accuracy.A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.Proficiency in English, with the ability to follow site instructions and liaise with team members.Licenses/Certifications:Valid Safe Pass.Manual Handling Certificate.CSCS Excavator Ticket/Certification (mandatory where required).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €*****-€***** per hourBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
