Supply Chain Project ManagerNuvalez Consulting – Drogheda, Co.Louth / Hybrid (Ireland)Reports to: Chief Operating OfficerType: Full-time | Hybrid (upon completion of Training)Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 Depending on experienceAbout NuvalezAt Nuvalez Consulting, we partner with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to design, build and run world-class supply chains — from early-phase clinical programs through to global commercial launch and lifecycle management.Since ****, we've built a reputation for hands-on consulting.We don't just advise; we roll up our sleeves and deliver.Our team blends deep experience across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Customs and Tax to help clients move product from molecule to market faster and more efficiently.As we continue to grow across Europe and the US, we're now looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager who thrives on structure, planning logic, and execution — someone who can connect the dots between data, process, and delivery.The OpportunityThis role is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong supply planning, MRP, and S&OP expertise who wants to apply that knowledge across a variety of pharmaceutical projects.You'll support and lead initiatives spanning:Clinical trial and commercial supply chainsGlobal S&OP alignment and demand/supply balancingNew product and market launchesReporting to the COO, you'll coordinate across internal teams, CMOs, 3PLs, packaging partners, and client organizations — ensuring every link in the chain from forecast to finished goods is planned, aligned, and executed efficiently.What You'll Do· Lead and coordinate S&OP cycles for assigned clients or products — gathering demand inputs, reviewing supply constraints, and presenting recommended plans to stakeholders.· Translate forecasts into executable supply and production plans, ensuring visibility of capacity, materials, and lead times.· Interpret and manage MRP outputs within ERP systems to maintain optimal inventory and supply continuity.· Support master data governance to ensure planning accuracy across systems and markets.· Manage and communicate supply risks, capacity constraints, and mitigation plans through structured S&OP forums.· Partner with internal and client leadership to improve forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and inventory strategy.· Contribute to the development of integrated business planning (IBP) capabilities within Nuvalez and our client base.· Lead cross-functional supply chain projects ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality goals are met.· Support new product launches, coordinating supply readiness, regulatory timelines, artwork/packaging setup, serialization, and distribution alignment.· Monitor and report key performance indicators (OTIF, inventory turns, service levels, schedule adherence).What You'll Bring· Strong understanding of S&OP processes — demand review, supply review, reconciliation, and executive alignment.· years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain, ideally in supply planning, S&OP, or project management roles.· Proven ability to interpret and act on MRP and ERP data (SAP, JDE, NetSuite, or similar).· Experience in translating forecasts into production and distribution plans, balancing service, cost, and inventory.· Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage both technical teams and senior management.· Experience with master data management (item setup, BOMs, routings, supplier/site codes, GTINs, etc.).· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, APICS or related discipline.· Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or QQI Level 6+) preferred.· Ability to travel occasionally across Europe and the US.What You'll Get· Competitive salary and annual bonus scheme.· days annual leave + company holidays.· Pension contribution.· Private healthcare plan.· Flexible hybrid work upon completion of Training.· Annual training and career development plan.· Direct mentorship from the COO and senior leadership team.· Opportunity to work on diverse projects across global pharma clients.Why Join NuvalezAt Nuvalez, your work has purpose.You'll play a direct role in helping companies bring critical medicines to market — and in doing so, improve lives worldwide.We're a small, high-performing team that values initiative, ownership, and growth.If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys structure and data, and wants to see the tangible results of your work — you'll fit right in.Join us and help shape the next generation of pharmaceutical supply chain excellence.Ready to Apply?Submit your CV or reach out directly to our COO via LinkedIn for an informal conversation.
