OverviewWe are looking for a Healthcare Lead to complement our friendly dynamic team in Dublin and drive healthcare design and project delivery across Ireland.We are a UK & Ireland practice with strong connections across all of our studios in Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Sheffield, Cardiff and London.We work collaboratively as one team structured by sector, sharing resources, knowledge and skills.Ranked as one of the top 25 largest practices in the UK this year, other recent accolades include:Best Companies Top 50 Best Mid-sized Companies to work for ****.Winner Building Awards: Architectural Practice of the Year **** & ****Winner Building Awards: Every Person Counts, the people strategy award.Winner RSUA Design Awards – Altnagelvin HospitalWinner Irish Design & Excellence Awards **** – Healthcare Project of the Year – NCH Satellite Centre at Tallaght University HospitalWinner AJ100 Sustainability Innovation of the Year ****.Winner AJ100 Awards Employer of the Year Award ****.Qualifications & ExperienceA fully qualified architect with a minimum of ten (10) years' post qualification experience, you will exhibit the following skills / experience:A minimum of 10 years full professional membership with RIAI/RIBA or equivalent and recognised professional body.Public Works Contract Administration (PW-CF1 or/and PW-CF2, NEC4) and D&B contract.Ideally, proven project delivery in the Irish construction sector with a full knowledge of the statutory permissions (Planning/FSC/DAC), Irish Building Regulations, including BC(A)R process and acting as Design Certifier.Excellent working knowledge of HBNs and HTMs, RoI healthcare policy and understanding of Health Service Executive structure and commissioning strategies across Regional Health Authorities.Strong experience with Delivery of CWMF (stage i-v) process or equivalent EU Public Procurement rules in the Healthcare Sector as follows:At least 1 completed building project with a minimum value of €35m or a gross floor area greater than 7,500 sq.m.At least 1 completed major project with construction value greater than €10m (excl.
